• Please keep 2 metres apart from non-family members

• Registration will take place in a pre-designated safe place to be announced 7 days prior to the event.

• One person per group to be responsible for completing the scorecard for all players. On completion of play the group of players will agree the final scores and the marker only signs the scorecard. The scorecard then needs to be photographed on your phone and sent to the organiser by text, whatsapp or messenger to 07892 712370

• There will not be a prize presentation unfortunately. Later on the day you will be emailed with the results. Prize winners will receive their prizes by post

• We will have sanitiser on the 1st tee. If possible, please bring your own sanitiser

​​

• Flagsticks – must be left in at all times

​​

• Please refrain from touching and picking up other players lost balls, tee pegs or lost golf clubs left on the course

​​

• Entry fees must be paid online beforehand (72 hours) please. No payments on the day

​​

• Family members not playing can only spectate from the putting green and clubhouse areas for safety concerns. Please refrain from walking the course. This excludes parents caddying.

PLUS No photography or videos except for staff of the Junior Tour where we’ve had permission of Photo/Video consent by a parent
